          This package contains the DECpage software and installation
          guide.

          Follow these steps to install DECpage on your VMS operating
          system:

          1. Read the Bill of Materials enclosed in the transparent plas-
             tic envelope. Check to see that all items listed there are
             in your kit. If any items are missing, contact your Digital
             representative.

          2. Make sure you have VMS Version 5.1 or higher installed on
             your system.

          3. Make sure the DECpage software license is registered.

          4. Review the installation guide for a list of all the software
             that needs to be in place for DECpage to run properly.

          5. Read the online release notes carefully before installing and
             using DECpage. The installation guide explains how to access
             the release notes.
