          Dear Customer:

          Please take a few moments to read the following information
          concerning your NMCC/VAX ETHERnim Version 2.3 distribution kit.

          Changes from Previous Version

          NMCC/VAX ETHERnim V2.3 is a maintenance release. Refer to the
          on-line release notes for a list of changes from V2.2.

          Installation

          The installation procedure does not change from V2.2 except for
          the kit name that you enter. Instead of entering ENIM022, you
          must enter ENIM023 when you invoke VMSINSTAL, for example:

                      $ @SYSUPDATE:VMSINSTAL ENIM023 ddcu: OPTIONS N

          Release Notes

          The NMCC/VAX ETHERnim release notes for V2.3 are on-line as part
          of the distribution kit. You can access the release notes as
          part of the installation procedure by specifying OPTIONS N when
          you invoke VMSINSTAL:

                      $ @SYSUPDATE:VMSINSTAL kit_name ddcu: OPTIONS N

          If you use OPTIONS N with VMSINSTAL, you are asked whether you
          want the release notes displayed, printed (or both), copied to
          SYS$HELP, or none of these options. You can type or print the
          file SYS$HELP::kit_name.RELEASE_NOTES after installation.

          Documentation

          The documentation for V2.3 does not change from the previous
          release. Any references to V2.2 or V2.1 within the documentation
          can be changed to V2.3. In particular, in the Installation
          Guide, you need to replace any references to the V2.2 kit name
          ENIM022 with the V2.3 kit name, ENIM023.
