VMS::Persona provides an interface to the persona system services that showed up in VMS version 6.2. They basically allow a process to change users, complete with all the provs, rights, and whatnot of the user who's persona is being assumed.
Pretty nifty, 'specially if you need to have SYSTEM do something in Oracle (which otherwise requires annoying batch submission or loginout games)
None. It's a VMS-specific module.
The persona services are only available on VMS 6.2 and up, so it won't compile on older versions of the OS.
