This patch kit provides new versions of the following drivers for  TCPware Version 5.9-2:     DRIVERS_V5092P020   - ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem     ----------------       IPDRIVER         - Restore the maximum number of packet filters       TCPWARE$SDA        per interface to V5.8 levels (approximately 780).                          ECO Rank 3       IPDRIVER         - Fix a problem where the TCPware kernel hangs if 			  VMS eco VMS732_LAN-V0700 or later is installed.			  The problem exists in TCPware 5.9-2 and earlier 			  and can be worked around by setting bit 16 			  (0x10000) in the LAN_FLAGS system parameter.
