Processor Restrictions

The VAX-11/782 processor is not supported by VMS Operating System V5.0
or later.

SYSTEM SUPPORT ADDENDUM


A minimum of four megabytes of memory.  Typical configurations will
require more than four megabytes of memory.

Mass storage with a minimum of 13.000 disk blocks for VAX TEAMDATA
system software and sufficient space for database storage areas.

For MicroVAX and VAXstation Systems:

     TK50 tape drive for installation of the software 

For all other VAX Systems:

     One 9-track 1600 BPI magnetic tape unit for installation of the
     software   



Terminals

VAX TEAMDATA may be run on VT220, VT240/241, or VT320/330/340
terminals.

Graphics can be displayed on VT240/241, or VT330/340 terminals.



Printers

VAX TEAMDATA reports can be printed on any DIGITAL text printer.

Graphics can be printed on DIGITAL devices which support either the
SIXEL (e.g, LN03, LA75) or ReGIS (e.g., LCP01) protocols.



Block Space Requirements (Block Cluster Size =1):


Disk space required for installation: 13,000 blocks (6.5 Mbytes)

Disk space required for use (permanent): 11,000 blocks (5.5 Mbytes)

These counts refer to the disk space required on the system disk.  The
sizes are approximations; actual sizes may vary depending on the
users' system environment, configuration and software options
selected.



CLUSTER ENVIRONMENT

This layered product is fully supported when installed on any valid

and licensed VAXcluster* configuration without restrictions.  The
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS sections of this product's Software Product
Description and System Support Addendum detail any special hardware
required by this product.

* V5.x VAXcluster configurations are fully described in the VAXcluster
Software Product Description (29.78.xx) and include CI, Ethernet and
Mixed Interconnect configurations.

VAX TEAMDATA/DANSK cannot be installed or run on the same system as
VAX TEAMDATA US version or any other language versions.
