          Dear Customer:

          This package contains the DECnet/SNA VMS APPC/LU6.2 Programming
          Interface Version 2.2 software and user documentation. Please
          check the Bill of Materials to see that all items listed are
          in your distribution kit. If any items are missing or damaged,
          please contact your Digital representative.

          The DECnet/SNA VMS APPC/LU6.2 Programming Interface documenta-
          tion set includes the following:

          o  DECnet/SNA VMS APPC/LU6.2 Programming Interface Programming

          If you need to order any additional documentation, you can con-
          tact your Digital sales representative or refer to the ordering
          information in the Software Documentation Products Directory.

          The Programming Interface release notes are on line as part
          of the distribution kit. You should read or print the release
          notes, as they may contain changes to the installation proce-
          dure. To do this, specify OPTIONS N when you start VMSINSTAL:

               $ @SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL SNALU62022 ddcu:  OPTIONS N

          where:

          SNALU62022         is the product name.

          ddcu               refers to your storage device, for example,
                             MUA0.

          OPTIONS N          allows you to display or print the release
                             notes. As part of the
                             installation, VMSINSTAL will also copy them
                             to SYS$HELP. You can access them in the
                             future under the filename
                             SYS$HELP:SNALU62022.RELEASE_NOTES.
