          Dear Customer:

          This package contains your DECnet/SNA VMS Distributed Host
          Command Facility (DHCF) V1.2 software and documentation. Please
          take a few minutes and check the Bill of Materials to see that
          your distribution kit contains all listed items. If any items
          are missing or damaged, contact your Digital representative.

          This release of the DHCF product supports symmetrical multi-
          processing and the License Management Facility offered in V5.0
          or later of the VMS operating system. In addition, the product
          offers full support for 8-bit (DMCS) mapping.

          Online release notes provide additional information about this
          release of the DHCF product. Instructions on how to read the
          release notes either before or after installation of the product
          are given in DECnet/SNA VMS DHCF V1.2 Installation. The release
          notes are located in SYS$HELP:SNADHCF012.RELEASE_NOTES.

          You must configure the DHCF software before attempting to start
          and use the product. Refer to DECnet/SNA VMS DHCF V1.2 Manage-
          ment for instruction on configuring the DHCF product, and con-
          sult the DHCF V1.2 documentation set for additional information
          on installation, management, and use of the product.
