DECrouter 2000 V1.1








          Dear Customer,

          This version of the DECrouter 2000 has the following new fea-
          tures:

          o  Support for the DECrouter 100. This option runs the DECrouter
             2000 software on the DEC MicroServer-SP (DEMSB) hardware
             unit.

          o  High-speed support for the DEC MicroServer (DEMSA) hardware
             unit. One synchronous line can now run at speeds of up to
             2.048M bits per second.

          o  The DEC MicroServer (DEMSA) hardware unit can also now sup-
             port two lines at up to 384K bits per second, rather than
             256K bits per second as stated in the documentation.

          o  Performance improvements. The performance of this product has
             been significantly enhanced since V1.0.

          o  Support for wildcard characters. You can now use an asterisk
             (*) as a wildcard character within some NCP commands.

          Refer to the DECrouter 2000 Release Notes for further details of
          these new features.
