          Highlights of Version 3.1 include the following:

          o  DECalc-PLUS now uses the License Management Facility (LMF)

          o  DECalc-PLUS now supports VT300 series terminals

          o  DECalc-PLUS now uses an optional method for selecting grids,
             tables, and commands

          o  DECalc-PLUS now carries over protection schemes and ACLs from
             one grid version to the next

          o  Grids without views or grids with up to 24 views are compati-
             ble between Versions 3.0A and 3.1
