SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS For Systems Using Terminals (No DECwindows Interface): VMS Operating System V5.3 - V5.4 VAX FMS, at a minimum of V2.3 (Runtime system) is required only if the Menu System will be used. It is not required for basic BASEstar operation.
